Site terms & conditions of use

1. General

Welcome to the RELENTLESS website (the “Site”). The Site is operated and managed by RELENTLESS (the “Company”). Use of the Site, including browsing, purchasing and ordering products, is subject to these terms. Please read these terms carefully before taking any action on the Site. Use of the Site constitutes full acceptance of the terms set out below.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on the Site and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Legal capacity to make a purchase

Purchases on the Site are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Making a purchase constitutes a declaration that the purchaser is 18 or older, or is acting with the consent of a parent/guardian. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being placed in breach of these provisions.

3. Guest checkout

Purchases on the Site are made as a guest checkout. No customer account or registration is required. Order and shipping details are collected during Shopify checkout.

4. Products and prices

Products displayed on the Site are subject to stock availability. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice; however, the price paid is the price displayed at the time the order was placed.

Product images on the Site are for illustration purposes only. There may be slight differences in colors and textures between the displayed product and the product received, due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.

The Company provides a detailed size chart for each product. However, measurements may vary slightly depending on the material and cut. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the appropriate size according to the chart.

5. Order process and payment

An order is considered confirmed only after a confirmation email is received. Receiving an “order being processed” message does not constitute final confirmation. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock depletion, an error in the product description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Payment on the Site is made via credit cards, PayPal and any other payment method presented on the Site. All payment details are encrypted and secured in accordance with accepted international standards (SSL/PCI-DSS). The Company does not store full credit card details.

6. Shipping

6.1 Shipping areas

The Company ships throughout Israel. Shipping to PO boxes or to addresses outside Israel is not available at this stage.

6.2 Delivery times

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days from order confirmation
• Express shipping (to certain areas): 1–2 business days
• During peak periods (holidays, sales): delivery time may be extended up to 10 business days

6.3 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, according to the destination and the chosen shipping method.

6.4 Shipping responsibility

The package is handed to the courier company after it has been prepared. The Company will provide a tracking number upon dispatch of the order. Delays caused by the courier company, by national emergencies or by natural disasters are beyond the Company’s control, and the Company will not be liable for them.

7. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, designs, logos, trademarks and the RELENTLESS brand names, is the property of the Company and is protected under copyright law, trademark law and other intellectual property laws.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, modify, translate or make any other use of the said content without the express written permission of the Company.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “AS IS”. The Company does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruptions, errors or computer viruses. To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.

The Company’s liability will be limited to the amount actually paid for the product(s) that are the subject of the claim.

9. Links to external sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for the user’s convenience only. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policy or activity of these external sites.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and their interpretation are subject solely to the laws of the State of Israel. In any dispute arising from these terms, the competent courts in Haifa will have exclusive jurisdiction.
